KS4 Body Happy Scheme of Work

This section contains the full Body Happy Scheme of Work for Key Stage 4. The scheme includes six lessons designed to be delivered together as a complete programme — ideally across a half term, or adapted to suit your timetable over a week or series of sessions.

Each lesson includes a teacher plan, slide deck, and accompanying worksheet or activity. While delivery is flexible (each lesson can run between 20–60 minutes), we recommend completing all six sessions in order to achieve the intended outcomes.
